8th Grade Sandpoint, ID Trip!


If you are an incoming Freshman student, this is your chance to come on this incredible trip to Sandpoint, ID ~ we’ll be camping on the Fitchett’s 927 acres! We’ll leave the FRC parking lot at 7:45 a.m. on Thurs., August 7th, and return around 9:00 p.m. on Sun., August 10th. The cost is $125. You don’t want to miss this incredible weekend of campfires, four-wheeling, swimming, hiking, and other amazing experiences! Pick up your registration form at the lobby table, and make sure to have it returned to Ryan Spoelstra, Dan VanderKooi, or the FRC office by July 20th. 24 Hours of Prayer


Fri., July 11th, 6:00 p.m. - Sat., July 12th, 6:00 p.m., we’re going to be hosting 24 hours of continuous prayer here in our newly finished prayer room! There will be a global emphasis on missions during this prayer event. We will be in prayer for our missionaries, the events taking place around the world, and for the two Vietnamese pastors who will be coming to join us July 16th - 26th. Everyone is encouraged to sign up at the lobby table ~ to commit to praying during one of the available hour time slots. Any questions, call Michael or Marcy at 366.0947.

13th ~ worship and celebrate Elderhood Sunday in the sanctuary
20th ~ worship with Vietnam Pastors in the sanctuary
27th ~ worship in the sanctuary

August:
3rd thru 31st ~ 10:00 am: combined worship in the sanctuary

September:
Sunday, 7th ~ 10:00 am: “Roundup” ~ invite the community to a combined worship
    service in the sanctuary; followed by a BBQ and fall kickoff celebration in the FRC
    parking lot
Wednesday, 10th ~ Fellowship meal and Education begins
Sunday, 14th ~ worship in the sanctuary; Sunday School begins at 9:30 am

Unless otherwise noted, all services will be at 8:30 and 10:45 am.

We’re heading to watch the Mariners again this year! We have tickets for the Seattle Mariners vs. Minnesota Twins, on Wednesday, August 6th, with a 1:40 p.m. start time. We’ll meet in the FRC parking lot at 9:30 a.m., to return approx. 7:30 p.m. The cost of $53. includes the reserved seat (first level on the 3rd base side), bus transportation, and sack lunch.
